Open QuickBooks and press the F2 key on your keyboard to check your current List quantities. (Look for "Total Names" and "Total Items" within the "List Information" section on the right side of the screen.) If either your Names or Items lists are nearing 14,500 then you should consider moving up to Enterprise Solutions to get the additional list capacity your growing business needs.
