Intuit Field Service Management ES is a web-based scheduling and dispatching solution for your service team that integrates with your QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.


As a SaaS (software as a subscription) solution, Intuit Field Service Management ES can be accessed from your desktop or mobile device (see system requirements below). There is no hardware to buy — you only pay a monthly fee per user. You make no commitments — cancel anytime. Updates and upgrades happen automatically. System Requirements by Role

The Service Manager/Dispatcher role
requires the following for the desktop/
laptop environment:

  • High speed Internet connection
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or higher
  • Firefox 12 or higher
  • Google Chrome
  • 1024 by 768 Screen Resolution
  • At least 2 GHZ processor
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 1 GB available hard-disk space

The QuickBooks Administrator role
requires the following in order to sync
between IFSM and QB:

  • High speed Internet connection
  • 1024 by 768 Screen Resolution
  • QuickBooks Desktop Pro/Premier/Enterprise version 13 or newer on Microsoft Windows Vista Business 32 or 64 bit, Vista Ultimate 32 or 64 bit, Windows 7/8 Business 32 or 64 bit, or Windows 7/8 Ultimate 32 or 64 bit. Windows Vista "Home Edition" not supported; Windows 7/8 "Home Edition" not supported.
  • At least 2 GHZ processor

  • 2 GB RAM
  • 2 GB available hard-disk space
